MS Teams Channel Integration

Hello all,

Good morning.

I have to start up an integration of MS teams Channel with Service-now.

Please remember there are channels in MS teams, and I want to integrate that channel with Service-now.

Users should be able to create ticket from that channel.

Please guide me how to kick start here and the overall set up plzz.

I see some You tube videos on MS teams' integration with Snow, but not sure if the same applies when we are integrating teams' channel with snow.

Hello all,

Please find the below pic and help me,

In the MS Teams channel, on a message there will be 3 dots on the right hand side top of the message.

So, if you click on that, you will see options and More actions -->Create Issue in Jira.

So, in the same way, I want to put Create Incident in Service Now.

When the user clicks on that, it should create incident in Service-now.

Please help me how can I achieve this?
