Need to change Primary E-mail address in now-Learning Service-Now

Hello all,

I am shifting the organization and I want to change the E-mail address of now-Learning service-now to my personal email address so that once I join the new organization and get official email id, then I will update with the same.

So, can someone tell me about the steps on how to change the primary email address in now-Learning please?

Hello Lucky,

Using your personal account as your web-accessor account is a recommended practice. As all your certifications are linked to this web-accessor account, you can easily unlink it from your organization email account and then re-link it to your personal email.

To transfer badges and other completion courses you have to log a case with NowLearning - Merge Accounts.
