unfortunately this is not possible☹️. The ITlL is OOTB role used for to create reports and view reports that have been shared with user. And it has ACLs and processes which are running to manage the access.
So unless you came with custom role, which will still need to create multiple ACLs and need to add in scripts were needed to pass the checks. So you will endup creating custom role which will kind of similar to ITL role. So my suggestion will be stick with ITIL role. unless you don't required custom role.
