Are there any trainings that anyone could recommend for me to start with since I am new to using ServiceNow in the admin role?

You can start with Welcome to ServiceNow and post the CSA training you can pick. If you are working with SN partner org then all training will be free but if not than you need to pay. You can refer my video on my channel as well, Batch 11 and then ITSM batch 3 free of cost.

Best way to learn ServiceNow to start watching videos from YouTube from any channel which you like.  You will find many yt channel just compare few videos and which ever you like follow that series.

Also explore training from now learning but it will be free only if you are working with any implementation partner company.

First Step - Get the PDI from developer.servicenow.com. Start on Now learning with Welcome to ServiceNow Course. Follow some YouTube channels for ServiceNow Admin stuff and Practice those in your PDI. Once you are comfortable start development videos and practice on PDI.
