Redirect an agent to the Service Operations Workspace landing page

Hi Everyone

I have followed these instructions exactly and I am unable to redirect a user to the SOW landing page.

Has anyone done this before and if so, did you run into any problems?

Hello Guys!

I think you'll need to have the Homepage Destinantion Rule (<instance>.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_homepage_destination_rule.do%3Fsys_id%3D6b596e79ed801110f877faea558f694a%26sysparm_view%3D%26sysparm_domain%3Dnull%26sysparm_domain_scope%3Dnull) activated, that's the only way I could do it.
