Collapsed sections in the Incident (Details) form are driving our support agents nuts. They will inadvertently collapse a section and hunt up and down for the field they want to view/amend. Eventually they find that it's in a collapsed section, locate the selection and open it (after a sigh or curse).
I have found where collapsing can be deactivated for the New INC form, but not for already saved INCs). Any idea where it might be?
An alternative solution could be to make it more obvious that the section is collapsed. The up or down chevron on the far right is way too unobtrusive. How about a background color for the section heading line when it's in a collapsed state? (see screenshot)
