Set up filter - Planned Start Date and Planned End Dates - see what is happening during On call work

Hi Team,

I am trying to setup a filter that displays everything between Planned Start Date and Planned End Dates - inclusive.

 

This is so we know what Changes are active for on call work. I figure between Planned Start Date and Planned End Dates is the best way to do it.

 

I have tried several ways but not quite successful. Any ideas or useful hints or better ideas?
