I noticed that the modules of the application I added to my favorites are not updated.
Is there a way to have the information edited from "All" reflected in the favorites?
We plan to add/remove modules for applications that many users have set as favorites.

Greetings!!
I tried the same steps as you mentioned and noticed that Application is still there. I am not sure it is expected behaviour or bug. What you can do open the favourite and then delete from there.

If you are admin -
navigate to System Definition > Bookmarks which stores favorite for all the users, you can filter for your user record and delete them.

"sys_ui_bookmark" is the same table.
Even after deleting the record, the application menu itself remained. (The module in the application menu has disappeared.)
