Hello everyone, I've tried Googling this message but am completely striking out so I'm hoping someone else has encountered this and can provide some guidance. We are in the middle of implementing Virtual Agent and have created several topic flows that we were testing. Before going live with VA, we also started the Tokyo upgrade because it has features that we need to launch ECP in a couple months.
After upgrading the lower environments to Tokyo, we're now receiving a message in the VA Designer when we open some of the topics we created: This topic version is not supported on this instance.
Some of the topics we created still open fine, but others produce this message. All of the topics appear to be working normally in the VA itself, we just can't open them in the Designer.
Any guidance on how to modify these topics so that we can manage them again is greatly appreciated!

Hi Ashley,
Thanks a lot for your reply so from your details what I am understanding that the ServiceNow provided your development team with an ad-hoc update set containing the fix for it right?
Thanks

No, this was a platform update that was available to everyone. I believe it was Tokyo patch 4b.
