Webassessor Email Not Link

I linked my email with Webassessor in Now Learning, but I haven't received a confirmation email. My email still isn't linked, and it's been nearly 40 hours. Can someone help with this?

I realized that my email was also missing and tried to link it again now. It worked and received an email as well. So I would suggest to try again.

I'm in the same situation, however I recalled it said up to 72 hours. I detest the waiting game but here we are.

Hi @PreciousAka 

Generally, it takes 24-48 hours. If it’s still not linked, then log a new learning case. Also, sometimes the email doesn't come from Webassessor. Try logging in to see if everything looks good and is linked.
