I linked my email with Webassessor in Now Learning, but I haven't received a confirmation email. My email still isn't linked, and it's been nearly 40 hours. Can someone help with this?

I realized that my email was also missing and tried to link it again now. It worked and received an email as well. So I would suggest to try again.

Hi @PreciousAka
Generally, it takes 24-48 hours. If it’s still not linked, then log a new learning case. Also, sometimes the email doesn't come from Webassessor. Try logging in to see if everything looks good and is linked.

@PreciousAka - I don't know what steps you followed but here is what ServiceNow has documented about "Change your webassessor email address" in the KB - Change your webassessor email address - Now Learning.

Overview
Our recommendation on email addresses:
- Due to companies enforcing security policies for emails and the fact that certification is earned by the individual, we recommend you use your personal email address in Webassessor. The personal email address can be linked to your Now Learning account. This ensures you receive all important exam registration notices, password reset emails, and test completion emails from Webassessor. In addition, should you leave your current employer you will be able to access Webassessor.
Partners: Please utilize your individual email address rather than your company-associated email address. It's important to note that partners will not be affected, as the Partner portal does not rely on your personal email address (Webassessor email) to track your certifications and partner points. Instead, we use the partner email associated with your Now Learning account to access your skills profile, where all certifications and partner points are stored. Your personal Webassessor email is not pertinent in this context.
Instructions
- Login to your Webassessor account and click the Edit Profile option near the top-right corner of your account window.
- If you are able, update the Email fields, select Save the record.
NOTE: If those fields are locked and not editable, you will need to create a case in Now Learning to request Webassessor account profile updates. Refer to Submitting a Support Case for Assistance.
