We have set up a service bridge between 2 instances. We need to sync the cmdb data from one instance to another. We created an Offering definition on the provider instance and created depending offering items for tables with dependency. Eg. Network service instance is parent of ip router so Ip router will have a dependent offering of Network service instance. It is hence expected that whenever a router data instance is sent over it should also contain the related parent record data which is later used to create relationship between the records on Consumer side. But this is not happening as it is only sending over router records without the dependent data. If anyone has worked on this before could you please suggest what could be the issue here? are we missing something?
We noticed that this related data is being sent only for one table. Network interface. This table is a child of ip router so it should send parent router data with every interface record and that is happening as expected. But we do not see any difference in the configuration or ci class relation mapping of this and other tables where it is not working.
