We're an MSP and are setting up Service Bridge with a consumer for Incident.
During testing, when either the consumer or us as the provider insert an incident with an attachment AND the ticket bonding trigger present, the attachment does not come across Service Bridge. Once the incident bonds, attachments post just fine from consumer to provider and provider to consumer, but not at initial insert.
Is this a known limitation to Service Bridge? I'm having trouble finding documentation stating such.
