Hi Team,
Currently implemented Service Exchange Provider and consumer setup for incident and sc_task. It has been implemented for Domain separated instance and dedicated internal customer instance. During initial phase, installed provider plugin on the customer dedicated instance and consumer on domain separated instance.
Now post go-live, have to redesign the solution, install provider on domain separated instance and consumer on the internal customer instance.
Looking for suggestion of above reverse approach especially impact on existing records created through service exchange. Any best way to perform redesign without impacting existing records?
