Hi Community,
Here's what's new in the BRAZIL Store Release for Telecom that spans across TNI, TSOM, TSM, Service Exchange, and Sales CRM for Telecom.
What's New
Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI)
- View network interfaces for rack or cabinet equipment
View all network interfaces and physical connections for equipment in a rack or cabinet directly from the rack or cabinet record. - Create an inventory template
You can now create inventory templates that reference facility models. The full flow: facility model, inventory template, change request, and change task is now supported end to end. - Query range access for TNI tables
Query range access control list has been added to 23 TNI tables. These include 14 NI Core tables, 2 CMDB CI class model tables, 6 TNI CMDB CI tables, and the Phone Territory table. Authenticated users with existing read roles automatically receive query range access. No new roles are required.
Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM)
- Elastic event pull connectors for MPN
Collect metrics, including latency KPIs, from Nokia Med, Elastic, Prometheus, and Netcool KPI domains using a configurable Mobile Private Network (MPN) pull connector. Published metrics feed assurance monitoring and analytics. - MPN latency metrics
Monitor UE-to-switch latency and related KPIs across MPN-connected devices with combined and per-KPI trend views, an instance summary table, and a last-recorded-value panel. - Security log collection for MPN
Collect MPN security logs with an out-of-box Health Log Analytics Elasticsearch data input. Raw logs are converted into structured log records for triage and analysis. - MPN health status collection
Collect and aggregate red/amber/green health status from MPN Elastic index data at the tower and site level. Customize rules for calculating status based on your requirements.
Telecommunications Service Management (TSM)
- Party relationship center
View the network of entities connected to a consumer or account, including billing accounts, sold products, related parties, and active cases as an interactive node map from any Telecommunications Customer 360 record page.
Service Exchange (formerly Service Bridge)
- Service Exchange centre
Heartbeat functionality added. It measures round-trip time for a payload to travel to the connected instance and return, and the time since the last check. - Hide a knowledge article
Hide a knowledge article that was synced to the target instance through Foundation Data Sync (FDS) so that it's no longer visible to other users.
