Can anyone suggest on the change mgmt API TMF 655 use cases

Can anyone suggest on the change mgmt API TMF 655 use cases also i am unable to trace it in my PDI even i have installed sn_ind_tsm_core & sn_tmf_api plugins already installed in my PDI but still i am unable to find sn_tmf_655 namespace in REST API explorer. please suggest on it as i have to integrate third party to receive the change request payload & create the change request in my instance & even updates on it.

655 is not supported as of Zurich release. We recommend using platform's change management API https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/api-reference/rest-apis/change-management-api.html
