Can we buy only TrobleTicket Open API

Hi, 

 

We are planning to utilize Trouble Ticket Open API and currently, we are on Utah release.

Can we purchase this API & its capability without buying "Proactive Service Experience Workflows"

If yes, will it be compatible with Utah. 

 

If not individually, "Proactive Service Experience Workflows" have to be brought to utilize TroubleTicket Open API? then I believe

Hi @maxpawan2 , the short answer is No.

TMF621 is available as part of Telecom Service Management (TSM). PSEW plugin is available as part of TSM subscription.

As for the plugin link you provided for PSEW - it does say Utah compatible and hence you should be able to install and use it.
