Question is around hardware swap OOTB functionality.
If a hardware swap is to be done on child PO, can we assume that Parent PO/ Top order line item remains with "No Change" and Child PO/OLI will have "Change" action?
Also if I am supposed to do a hardware swap - On a single customer order, I will have 2 OLI with disconnect and add action. How do i configure or achieve it by using ootb configurations? is it handled via split / clone as mentioned in the below screenshot?
