Hi All,
we are using Service Now together with Logik enabled, basically when we hit customize button it open a configurator session handled within Logik.
I have a basic question: how I can map a SNOW field into Logik session?
Let's say I must expose customer's age because I got some rule requirement such as: some specific products can only be ordered above a certain age.
Is there any documentation out there which could explain how such mapping is supposed to be configured?
Regards,
Vincenzo

Hi @vincenzobar
Are your query about LogicMonitor?
If yes, then check
Service Graph Connector for LogicMonitor
- Inbound synchronization workflow using: DataSources, REST messages, robust transformations, and identification rules
- Class mapping for hardware and cloud devices, including relationships to child classes
- Decoupled LogicMonitor data into Related Data for better performance and CMDB stability

@Tanushree Maiti @Ankur Bawiskar
thanks both for answering!
Let me be more specific, we are using Logik (CPQ Administration) and there is chance to create rules in Logik based on fields.
In our understanding, there should be a chance to map a field from SNOW to Logik, such as exposing customer birth date in Logik and build up a rule upon that.
The question is how such mapping can be built, I cannot find any documentation.
