Hi Team,
Q1) How can we modify data structure of TMF 641 order message to add new fields and modify existing field types?
( how to modify the REST API and DB and forms according to the new fields structure)
Q2) Is it recommended to modify the standard structures ?

Hi
the basic idea of using standards is that all involved integration partners can rely on the defined data structure and process it accordingly. If you change something on your side you risk breaking something on the other side. Therefore it is not recommended (in my opinion)

Hi Maik
The tool will be used internally in the organization, is it possible to take it as a baseline and develop a structure on top of this?

Yes, you can. but this will be heavy customization on your instance, may be you get a few issues while upgrading the version. but as Maik said above it is not recommended,

Use TMF 641 OOTB as given by Service Now. All the extra technical needs should be catered using a WRAPPER on top of TMF 641.
