Hello,
I noticed recently that I am unable to submit an order for a product offering that have Characteristic set to :
- customer input required = TRUE
- mandatory = FALSE,
I am pretty sure (not so sure anymore) that you could leave it empty and press on review to submit order, now it doesn't allow you. Is it a bug? normal behavior?
- what's the point of ''mandatory'' here? I tested, and you can still complete and close all domain orders without any value.
my requirement:
- show characteristic to user, but allow user to leave empty and submit order.
