Characteristics Value are blank in order line item from CSM Workspace

Hi Team,

Order request from Product Order, a customer order is been created for same request. 

Configured Order line Item do have all the characteristics, but characteristics values are missing in Order line item.

Getting Below error 

By CFunction getValue is not allowed in scope sn_prd_pm

The following order line item's characteristics are incorrect or missing

Hi @N Aravindh , I am not familiar with this error.

Can you confirm what OM App are you using? What version?

Do you have CSM OM and OMT installed on the same instance? This may create a conflict and return undesirable errors.

Identified the issues, after Uninstalling the Order Management Ver 5.0 , able to see characteristics values are in Order line item.
