Operation on bulk orders

As a SDF agent, I need the ability to reject, place, follow up, schedule and close out orders, track these steps systematically and perform these actions in bulk. Is this feasible using ServiceNow Order Management?

Yes. It may take some customization to ensure you can do all of this, but ServiceNow is able to do all of this.
