Publishing a Product Offering Catalog

Hello All:

This might be a really simple question but I am testing out Service Bridge and wanted to first Publish a Product Offering catalog in the "Provider" instance but the State field is read-only and there is no UI Action to publish it either. Is there a flow that needs to be triggered?
