sn_ind_tmt_orm.enable Auto approval is not working

I have enabled the product auto approval in system properties and this is not working.

do i need to make any other configurations. Pls advise. Thanks.

Hi Rishi,

Are you creating the product order/service order using TMF622/TMF641? If so, please check whether all the mandatory characteristics are present in the JSON payload. I have faced this issue in past.

Yes, The order created using payload is not containing characteristics and its value information. 

The order i created manually, (not through payload), auto-approval is working. Thanks.
