TMF641 : Customer Order as well as Order line generated. But Service Order is NOT getting generated.

When a TMF 641 request is placed for a given specification, it goes successfully. Accordingly a customer order gets created along with an order line item. It's approved so moved to Acknowledged state. But after that:

1. Domain order (i.e.) Service order is NOT generated for the given order line item. There is no issues in the specs. it used to work all well, but suddenly stopped creating the domain orders  regardless of which specs.

2. Also the states of customer orders as well as order line items stays stuck in Acknowledged itself.

How do we can debug why the states are not progressing or domain orders not getting generated? Is there any Queue behind it that may be stuck ?

Thanks,

Nishan

Hi @Kailash Bhange  Thanks for responding to my query. In my case, it was different solution.

Just to share with anyone else who comes across such issue. one other possible reason could be to look at execution of flow 'Process Telecom Order Line Item' that is part of 'Order Management for Telecom, Media & Tech'. This flow is part of framework that handles some of OMT process and that can help you debug and may even have some errors of interest as well.

Hi Nishan,

Greetings!

We had also faced same issue when we customized the FLOW for process order line items.

Looks like you might have also customized it.

Have you done any plugin upgrade recently? If so, please re-create the instance of your flow and it will auto run properly.

One more point to note here:  - IF service specification related to that PS is in draft state(not in published), system will not create service orders. Please check if someone in the backend has done any modifications to service specifications.

Hope this helps.
