Task Instructions:

Assume that Adela Cervantsz reached out via a phone call describing intermittent email access for her group.

Create and submit a new incident to assign this trouble ticket to the Software group. Then post a Customer visible comment to the incident. 

 

Incident details:

  • Subcategory: Email
  • Impact: 2 – Medium
  • Urgency: 2 – Medium
  • Assignment group: Software
  • Short description: Intermittent email access 
  • Description: The department is experiencing intermittent email access. Please help!
  • Post a comment to the incident:  The software group is investigating similar incidents and will respond when they have a resolution.

I am unable to clear the Task. I have tried several times and i couldn't clear it at any cost. Need Help!

Hi @janetjpaul 

Sometimes it's an issue with backend data, which may prevent task validation. There's nothing to worry about—try again after 1–2 days. Also, don’t wait; go ahead and complete the rest of the lab. Completing 80% of the lab is usually enough to receive the voucher or badge."
