- Create a New Dashboard from scratch in the lab instance.
- Ensure the dashboard is:
- Writable (check the Writable checkbox when creating it).
- Named exactly as instructed in the task.
- Add the required bar chart report (e.g., "Incidents by Priority") to the dashboard.
- Save and refresh the simulator.

Hi @shenbagamoo,
are you using (impersonating) the right person?
Also, if any task in the Lab fails:
- try to do it once again from scratch.
- Logging out - deleting browsing history - logging in > it solves more problems than you would might believe,
- Doing the same lab steps from different browser / incognito mode,
- 80 % score is enough to complete the whole Class, in case you are around, you don't need to spend too much effort if it seems like an issue.
