Can somebody pls help with creating an account for Webassessor?

I keep getting this error after I hit create an account (the save button).

Why does it say, "You are logged out."? ServiceNow article says that it should show "Thank you for creating a new candidate account."

Try clearing the cache on your browser and/or using incognito mode to log back in.

 

If that doesn't work click on the help section of the Webassessor site. They have a very responsive chat service and will be able to help you.
