can't claim my voucher of CIS-HR

Hi,

I have completed Human resources: implementation on demand (Rome) course.. also have unlock my badge, but still when i navigate to voucher info item on course, they directs me on My voucher tab on my profile, but there is no any voucher available.

i want to clear it out that my now learning account is already connected with webassesor.

i have opened a ticket also on now learning, but haven't received any update yet , i really want to give exam ASAP.

I'll really appreciate if anyone know and helps me to get my voucher.

Hi there, I’ve been experiencing exactly the same issue as you! I’ve raised a few tickets with regards to that, and I’m still urgently and patiently waiting for a response (it’s been awhile already). I hope the ServiceNow team could prioritize the issue and resolve it ASAP.

Hi  @TR5 @Irene Lee ,

I am assuming you have been doing it as part of Peak evaluation program for partners, if yes, feel free to reach out to If  nowlearning@servicenow.com. They will assist you.

If not part of PEAK, check if you have paid for the courses, because vouchers aren't complimentary.

 

One more thing, once you complete the course, at last you get the option of claim voucher in the course, did you try that?

Sorry to piggyback on this. It is almost the same issue for me (mine is with the CSA voucher), and I did not get an update for more than 24 hours! That is absurd
