Hi All
I am currently facing a strange issue. I cleared my CAD exam one week ago under newly introduced Pearson Vue exam system but found there is no certification number in my certificate. Instead there is only a dash (-) sign showing up. Please see the screenshot. I know certification number is a norm and my previous certificates had it accordingly.
Is it a new norm or a technical glitch? Can someone advise?

Oh, this is second query I saw person having issue with certification number.
You can raise a CASE with ServiceNow learning team and check, and let us know what's the response to help others for similar issue
You can check this thread:
@GlideFather , @Dr Atul G- LNG, do you know any one from ServiceNow team who is active here on community to tag , so can get response and help resolve his issue?

Thanks for addressing my concern and now I know some other people are in dilemma. Probably, after moving to Pearson, their cross-platform integration is not complete yet. My CSA exam, which I taken in webassessor just 4 month ago, is not showing in Pearson but still present in ServiceNow university portal flagging "Need to register".
Lets see what are the other response coming.

Did your issue got resolved of "no certificate number" displayed on certificate. If yes, how it got resolved?
