Certified System Administrator retake exam

Quick question, How long do we have to wait to schedule retake CSA exam? lets say for example I failed first attempt today can I schedule immediately for tomorrow? I'm familiar with fees not timings. Please advise

Hi Nimra

You can take the retake exam maximum up to 3 retakes and you have to pay $100 for each retake.

1. You can register a 1st time 3 days after failing your 1st test.

2. You can register a 2nd time 14 days after failing your ist retake test.

3. You can register a 3rd time 14 days after failing your 2nd retake test.

Unfortunately, if you are unable to pass the exam in 3 retakes then you have to again pay the full fee (not the retake one).

So, I needed tot ake the CSA exam again after the one I wrote in 2021 got canceled because I didn't write an updated exam. I am unable to schedule an exam. I tried completing a paid learning on-demand training. It got stuck at 84%. What can I do to generate the voucher.

You need simply to finish your paid on-demand training. So reaching 100% is mandatory to get the voucher. If you have technical issues to reach the 100%, you can create a support ticket.
