I'm leaving my current company at the end of the week and searching for a new job. My Now Learning account is associated with my current company email, so I need to switch it over to a personal email until I find a new job. I opened a support case on Now Learning 11 days ago asking them for help with this, but no one has replied to it.

Please update your webassessor email and update it in your now learning portal that helps you retain your certifications, even if you are unable to change your email.

Thanks, it looks like it won't let me change my email as I'm registered through the Partner Portal unfortunately. Do you know if there's a phone number to contact ServiceNow Support on?

Please click on the Partner portal link that will take you to the page where you can log a ticket to update the email address.
Refer the link to log a ticket in partner portal to update the email address.

Please also update your webassessor email and update it in your now learning portal
