Change WebAssessor Email

hello, i would like to change my webassessor email, but it does not allow me to make the change, should i disconnect the email? or is there something wrong?

I can see, you are trying in Now Learning , if it is giving issue, log a Now Learning case. 

Try in Web assessor

Go to profile.

Hi @Mauro7 , 

Wait for two days, you will get an email from ServiceNow after your email is linked to the web assessor.

If you don't get an email after 24 to 36 hours, Please create a case with ServiceNow, and they will fix this issue.
