CIS On-Demand Learning Lab: Dead End- Import CMDB Data

Hi folks, 

I am close to desperation :D. I am trying to pass one, one particular lab, which is preventing me to complete the CIS Training. I have to import data to ServiceNow. It contains three fields in Excel- 

Business Service

Server

Router

For some reason, the simulator keeps telling me that I have to upload the servers, because for some reason they were not uploaded. 

Of course, I`ve checked the transform map- - -> I checked the transform table and it seems everything is uploaded. How is this even possible, that the other two are uploaded, for some reason only the Server tab containing - 6 servers are not uploaded. 

Any advise or someone who passed it, will be beneficial.

Don't be sad or depressed, I think the excel contains 3 sheet named as 

Business Service

Server

Router

As per SN, Server is class and you need to upload data in Server class. If you provide instruction screenshot that wil lbe good.

Hi @Community Alums 

This error is valid. What you can do

after creating the import set table, instead of doing 1-1 mapping ,use this 

It will map excel fields with Target table.
