CMDB Fundamentals: Maintain the CMDB Health (Paris) - Remediate button

Need some help

Currently competing the CMDB Fundamentals: Maintain the CMDB Health (Paris) and on the last task; Task 13: Configure Remediation

I have gone through everything

  1. setup the workflow
  2. setup the remediation rules for Remediate Orphans
  3. enable task in the CMDB Health preferences 

When i go into the orphaned view i don't see the task, also when i open the CI i don't see the remediate button?

Any suggestions?

HI Eagle, You mention trying to locate the remediate button on the CI record, the remediation button would be found on the Orphan task record as directed in the step "Locate and open the orphan task for the Email Server named AUS01-EXCH"

Try one of the other orphan task records to validate the remediation rule is active. If you can see the button you may need to re-run the correctness health job to create the orphan task for AUS01-EXCH.
