Hello,
I have been working to better understand the ServiceNow platform over the past two months. I've taken countless courses through Knowledge 2020 and importantly, the ServiceNow Fundamentals course. I am working towards earning my CSA but I don't want to potentially waste my one free voucher to take the exam. The exam blueprints recommends a minimum of six months of experience with the platform before taking the exam. I've been reviewing the Fundamentals course "knowledge checks" endlessly to learn and I've taken many online CSA mock exams to prep but still don't feel overly confident that I am ready. Can anyone advise? I should mention that I am in the interview process for a position at ServiceNow so the CSA is a way for me to further prepare myself.
Thanks.
Lewis

There are several different study materials for the CSA exam but the actual exam only allowed me to use a mouse so getting used to taking an exam with only a mouse really helped.
CSA exam doesn't allow user to use a keyboard nor a pencil & paper like other company's exam so the udemy mock exams was really useful to get a feel of taking the actual exam.
The only differences between the mock exam and the actual exam was that there's no true/false questions in the actual exam and all questions with multiple answers specified how many answers to choose.
The level of questions in the actual exam was the same as the mock exam too. People should be able to pass the actual exam after taking the mock exam.
