Hello,
I have been working to better understand the ServiceNow platform over the past two months. I've taken countless courses through Knowledge 2020 and importantly, the ServiceNow Fundamentals course. I am working towards earning my CSA but I don't want to potentially waste my one free voucher to take the exam. The exam blueprints recommends a minimum of six months of experience with the platform before taking the exam. I've been reviewing the Fundamentals course "knowledge checks" endlessly to learn and I've taken many online CSA mock exams to prep but still don't feel overly confident that I am ready. Can anyone advise? I should mention that I am in the interview process for a position at ServiceNow so the CSA is a way for me to further prepare myself.
Thanks.
Lewis

When taking the exam, do not rush. Read the questions carefully, as they're written in such a way that might confuse you and you'll pick the wrong answer if you do not read it well enough.
But you'll find that other than this it will be easy 🙂

Hi
I have met many people who say they are not confident and they don't have 6 months' experience in ServiceNow how they gonna pass the CSA exam, even after attempting mock exams they are not confident.
I know a guy who before attempting CSA was very nervous and had 3monts of ServiceNow experience and was not confident enough to go for CSA but at last, he took the ServiceNow Fundamentals course and went for his exam and passed it.
and later on, he said it was too easy to pass LOL.
Believe in yourself you can do it
Best of luck
Thanks
Hammad

Hi Lewis,
There is no substitute for platform subject knowledge and hands on expertise.Ensure you are fully done with the thorough study of fundamental course modules and going through each section of the Exam blueprint.
Next, try the simulator practice tests and question banks to validate your preparation and see where you stand and where you lack context. Come back to ServiceNow learning modules for fixing gaps of understanding, if any. Define the time of preparation based on your experience - It may range from days to a month or so.
There is no assurance that practice sets (online practice sets or exam dumps found on the internet) will help you pass BUT those will check your confidence and readiness e in dealing with different types of questions. Most importantly, Do not memorize answers to practice tests. That is a trap most fall into.
When you get the point where you review and stop having significant "ah-ha" moments, you're probably ready. Good luck and wish you the best !
PS - Attached some exam preparation material with this reply. You are advised to check correctness at your own effort.
