CSA Voucher

I have completed admin training and earned a free voucher badge but voucher is not showing in "My voucher".

Raised tickets too but no response. Is there any time period to release voucher?

Hope you are doing well. Could you please share which training you completed? Also, voucher generate with in seconds, make sure you completed all trainings.

As you said you raised case, so wait for 3-4 days you will get update for sure.

create case from now learning platform and wait for response. It takes time but your issue will be resolved.
