CSM Badge was not received by Credly

Dear Professionals

 

I have alreadly complete the training and exam in servicenow university for Now Assist for Customer Service Management (CSM) Implementer, but still not receive any badge in credly. May I know is there any issue here. my previous ITSM was received successfully. thanks!

@liyangdl I am sure you might have checked it already but any chance it may have ended up in the Spam/Junk folder. Add admin@credly.com as a safe sender. Another option is to create a case with the ServiceNow University support team using the Help Center tab available on Home page.

If my response proves useful, please indicate by selecting ‘Accept as Solution’ and ‘Helpful’.

Are you seeing the Credly icon on your ITSM accreditation you have received earlier? If Yes, check if on Credly Account settings under Organizations tab you have the Auto Accept new badges option enabled for ServiceNow. Also double check on your ServiceNow University Profile to see if Credly certifications option has been Enabled.

Yes sure, I  set all auto received badge, it is ok now after I send mail to servicenow and credly, problem solved,thanks!liyangdl_0-1754547748115.png
