Error: Candidate is not associated with voucher.

Hi all,
I am unable to schedule CSA certification.
I have valid voucher by completing the prerequisites on servicenow learning website.
My email(account) is the same in ServiceNow and in webassessor and linked successfully.
Even though everything i do is correct i get the following error (see below) . A case is created at Feb 7, 2023 by sending an email to certification@servicenow.com and unfortunately no response yet from them.
Has anyone experienced this kind of error before and know how to fix it?
| Candidate is not associated with voucher. Your Now Learning and Webassessor accounts must need mapped correctly in Now Learning. If you need help linking accounts submit a case to ServiceNow. |

Hi arashnabi,
"Vouchers can only be used on the initial attempt at a certification exam. You may be previously certified, therefore, this is not your initial attempt. You will need to pay the associated $200 fee in Webassessor to attempt the exam again." - I am also facing the same issue and this is what I got to know after raising a case with ServiceNow.

Best is to raise case with SN. Some time it take 3-5 days to link the account.
