free voucher not recieved

Good morning, Community,

I completed my Associate System Administrator and Certified System Administrator learning paths on April 8, 2025 (as shown in the attached screenshot). I received a notification in my badges that I’m eligible for the CSA voucher (see pic 2 in the attachment), but I haven’t received the voucher in my profile.

My question is: am I truly eligible for the voucher, and should I contact ServiceNow support to request it?

Hi @boughanmi-sihem

If you're using a personal account, you may need to pay because the vouchers are not free. However, if you're using a company account, it could be free based on your company's agreement and services. In both cases, it’s better to log a learning case.

I wouldn’t say the journey is free, but all on-demand courses are free. This is the official statement from ServiceNow. But yes Vouchers are 100% chargeable.

Hi Atul  @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

I really appreciate your quick response ande your willingness to help others .
If I understand correctly, the learning journey is free if it's offered through my company—is that right?
