I am looking at Gen AI pro plus certification paths (for ITSM, HRSD and CSM). The path was explained during one of June's webinars, however when it comes to the last part of the achivement, Now Assist courses, there were no links provided. Plenty of our consultants are eligilbe for the certification, however after completing the path, they are getting for example "Suite Certification - Now Assist for CSM Pro Plus" not Gen AI one. Can someone provide the proper links to Now Assist courses? Please see attachment for more clarity.
