Websassessor Login Issues

I have paid for and completed the Service Now CSA course. I received a voucher and I am currently having webassessor issues. I contacted the support staff to inform them that everytime I change a password that the new password created is not being accepted. I suggested perhaps a custom one just so I can register for the test but it was received well. Can someone help me find an alternative way I can take my exam?

Sorry @wesleyhansb but there is no alternative. Keep working with Webassessor Support and I'm sure you'll get your issue sorted out.
