Hi All,
I am facing an issue with the "Certified System Administrator Voucher" where I am not able to claim (Expires Tomorrow 😞 it due to 2 things.
I started new in ServiceNow Jan 2024. At the time I did the know learning training path. I was told to wait with such exames and work with ServiceNow, see what it can do and how it works. Now one year later, much more experienced in SN, I got reminded that I still have the voucher available in the Now Learning to do the exam for the CSA.It is a better time now for me to do that.
Before claiming the Voucher I need to get the account of "Webaccessor" linked ot the SN learning account. That only sync in 24hrs. So can do the next steps after the expire date.
Does anybody know where I could get some help from ServiceNow support in this?
I would hopefully still get this voucher in place and have my exam done.

Reach out to ServiceNow Now Learning Support or Certification Support Team as soon as possible.
- Explain the situation clearly, including:
- The need to link your "Webaccessor" account.
- The fact that it takes 24 hours to sync, which is beyond the expiration date.
- Your intention to claim the voucher and complete the exam now that you're ready.
- Request an extension on the voucher validity due to technical reasons.
Most organizations are understanding in cases of system limitations or account sync delays, especially when you show genuine intent.
