Hi,
I am fairly new to ServiceNow and my company is investing to build a branch for ServiceNow consultants in Stockholm Sweden. In order to educate and train existing project managers to be engagement mangers. What path of training do you see and what pre-requisites do you need? If you are an EM, whats your story?
Products we will focus mainly on are:
ITBM
CSM
HR Service Delivery
Thanks in advance!
Sincerly

Training and Certification | IT Systems Management | ServiceNow
you can learn ServiceNow. I've taught lots of people who do not have a technical background. I recommend first getting familiar with web applications in general. Using tools like Gmail and Facebook get you comfortable in that enviroment which may be different from desktop applications like Excel and Word with drop down menus across the top.
Next, get familiar with ServiceNow's behaviors - how to navigate around the menus, lists, forms, etc. ServiceNow Platform
Finally, you can do self-paced training via the Developer Portal https://developer.servicenow.com and get a free instance to play with, or sign up for instructor led training. Here are some additional helpful resources:

I see, thank you Rajesh! But I was under the impression that engagement managers takes lead on ServiceNow implementations as a normal project manager but with specific knowledge about the platform and specific products. To be clear, not a technical role. It might be me screwing up the terminology. OK, I'll rephrase, in order to be a project manager on ServiceNow implementations, what curriculum should you follow?
Best wishes.
