How to Change the exam option from Online to Onsite after Register?

Actually, I am looking for an "Onsite" option to attend the CSA certification exam.

 Unfortunately, I have booked CSA exam with “Online” option instead of select the option “Onsite Proctored” and applied voucher. I have tried to reschedule, However, It is not allowing to change option to "onsite". 

If I cancel the scheduled CSA exam and re-register - can the same voucher will be reused?

Hi Giri,

Cancel your exam. Re book the exam clicking on Onsite and use the same voucher.

You can cancel your exam any number of times prior to 72 hours of exam with no cost. After cancelling, same voucher will be applicable for onsite proctored exam too. 

Done this for several times. No need to contact webassessor support for cancelling your exam.
