How to Change the exam option from Online to Onsite after Register?

Actually, I am looking for an "Onsite" option to attend the CSA certification exam.

 Unfortunately, I have booked CSA exam with “Online” option instead of select the option “Onsite Proctored” and applied voucher. I have tried to reschedule, However, It is not allowing to change option to "onsite". 

If I cancel the scheduled CSA exam and re-register - can the same voucher will be reused?

If we cancel the exam then is there any chance to loose our voucher

Hi, 

A voucher loses its validity when:
1) The valid date expired; or
2) You use it to take the exam.

Otherwise it will remain valid.

1)Log in to your Webassessor account
2)Click the My Assessments tab
3)Find your scheduled exam and choose Reschedule/Cancel
4)On the following screen, click Yes, Cancel this Registration
5)Click Submit

I have registered for exam using a voucher code. If youwant to change online to onsite  or  onsite to online , log into your Webassessor account and cancel the current exam registration, the voucher you used to register will immediately be available for use in scheduling a new assessment. Please note that if the center, date, or launch time you wish to choose is not listed when scheduling your exam, this means that the time isn't available and the exam will need to be registered to a different time. A center will only be applicable toward an onsite exam.

In addition, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule your registration without a fee if you are:
A. Within 24 hours of an online proctored registration's launch time.
B. Within 72 hours of an onsite proctored registration's launch time
