No, you can't purcahse the certification from Webassessor from 150 USD. You need the voucher! The 150 USD shown, is just a figure. You will get a message that a voucher is needed. When you enter the voucher, the 150 USD disappears.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
Mark

Madhu, I totally sympathize with you. My suggestion is to build a small portfolio on a private dev instance. Something with which you can show people how you wield your skill. Ultimately I'd be hiring that kind of person vs a cert holder any day of the week.
And for the rest of you Exam Cram Question / Test Site peddlers, LOOK at what you've wrought. By treating ServiceNow certs as the starting point instead of the proof of existing competence, you've helped shut GOOD talent out of the market. Now the market is incentivized to shut out the self learning little guy in favor of big corporate machines who wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire.
This is the exact opposite of the way it should be.

No more self-paced learning for free. You will end up paying $600 if you are not working for a company who is partner with ServiceNow. Good luck.

Hello Madhu,
Unless and until you are in an organization which is a partner you will not get access to the saba self paced trainings for free , you need to pay for it and then get a voucher and pdf where after completely reading pdf you need to use the voucher code on web assessor to give the exam. Recently this process came into picture.
When i gave my CSA, It was like 9000/- INR and i used to book a slot which i can use for exam.
Mark this response as correct if that really helps
Thanks,
Siva

Hello,
You can disagree and rant and rave all you want. The changes made on July 1, 2018 were to protect the integrity of the ServiceNow certification. If you've been studying and all that for the past 6 months, you obviously didn't study or look at the material that's blatantly out there that tells you since over a year ago...this was changed.
You can either pay for the course yourself (with the understanding that the certification helps pay for itself by helping you get a good paying job) or....you can apply at companies without the certification, see if you get the job and if so....ask them to endorse you to get the course paid for and take the exam that way.
I'm only being blunt now because at this point you're just ranting and raving which is really due to your own fault and not researching better as all of this is easily found across ServiceNow documentation and these forums here.
Best of luck to you!
