How to Update Name in Now Profile

How can i update my name in now profile? Whenever i change the name and hit save button its ask to update my email id

Hi, not sure why it is prompting you for your phone number.

But you can just enter random digits if it is required field and then it should let you update your name.

Or if you prefer to navigate then below are the steps:

- Login into https://community.servicenow.com/

- Click on your name on the top right hand corner.

- Click on Now Community Profile. 

- Click on Manage Profile --> link. 

- Click on pencil edit button on right hand side which takes you to what Usamaan has posted i.e. https://account.servicenow.com/editProfile

- Click on any field change the values and click Save at the bottom of the page and boom you just updated your community profile.

You will find your Profile Logo and Name

Manage Prfile>Edit Your Name>

Hi,

For anyone having an issue, please try it again and include a phone number. I don't recall phone number being required, however, I've always included mine. I will reach out to the development team and ask them. If you have issues with your profile, you can always email the Web Support team that handles these types of issues at web_support@servicenow.com. 

I'll reply back to this post after I talk to the developers.
